An unidentified woman sitting at the foot of the rickety staircase of the
Ghost Ship warehouse instructed party guests to stay upstairs as fire consumed

In the record, there was no escape for those trap, just a humane death of monoxide poisoning. The Oakland Avatar, Encinal, took it upon herself to ensure the best possible out come though it meant the death of the trapped party goers.
