It's a diary of my normal life, the 5%. Just posting my replies to the monthly newsletter questions between the family and cousins. Dragon comments are after, "in the record".

The Olympics are nearly upon us. Will you be watching? Yes, Which events do you like the most? As many highlights as I can.

What other summer sports did I do? In my hey day I use to do triathlons and open water swimming with my swim club. There is something to be said about wet Lycra swimsuits. Nothing is hidden. The swim club is where I meet Susan. 

Have you watched any of the UEFA European Soccer matches? Also, I forgot to mention the COPA America Games.  I actually did watch the Euro soccer highlights. Fox Soccer is a great place for football highlights. In the Spain v. France game, Lamine Yamal made an impossible goal at 2:11 in the highlights. Watch the video above.  Lamine is the youngest goal scorer at the age of 16. 

Do I do gardening? I spread by accident bird seed on the ground and wheat and millet grew. See pic. I am not sure what to do with it. I thought about threshing the wheat but the animals seem to be eating it. So I will let them have it. Remember in the last month newsletter I planted nasturtium by the fence to grow up the twine. It works. The key is to place the leave away from the sun by the twine. The leave will turn to the sun and wrap itself around the twine. See pic.   

 

 

  

There are many, many hobbies and interests that can reduce stress and improve mental health. What is yours?  I play online with my Bro Mike in Treadmarks, TM, which is a tank game. Mike host three TM server and we play twice a week. Well, I sort of do the opposite of stress reduction. We increase the stress and up the number of tanks and speed. It is a fun time. Go here to see some old clan videos highlights I made.  Above is a five minute TM video I edited to music where I evade a nuke. My TM name was GA 666. Below is an example of the speed up version that Mike and I play now. 

In the record, avatar hack goes on through out the game. It is weird to see a nuke heading straight to you all of a sudden veer off via avatar hack. Its a game of who knows their timelines the best.

Speaking of gardening, do you have a favorite tool for working in the yard?  I recently got a knock off Dewalt brand of cordless pruning shears.  I decided to do the knock off to test if it made any sense since I already have the Dewalt batters. Yes! It is well worth it. And there is a 2m pole extension you can put the pruner on. Double yes! Here is the one I purchased.

Are there any handy-dandy computer or phone apps that help make your life easier? The nice part of a smart phone is there are so many things on it. The camera, text, phone, music, health tracking, and more. The one I use a lot is the Crunchyroll app for watching anime on my 4K TV monitor! Oh yes. 

Do you have any favorite games that you play on your phone or computer? If not, do you play old school style (cards, board games, etc.)? I play Pokemon Go on 4 phones. Yes 4 phones.  See pic of rig. I started with 1 phone, then two. Then I was tied of not being able to raid gyms. So 4 phones. The only issue is you need to have your main phone be the WiFi hot spot for the other three phones. The two mounting holes in the middle of the board allow me to bolt the rig to the bike handle bars.

I also do two game nights during the week on Board Game Arena. On Tuesday it is from 6-7:30 and Friday from 5-7 pm, both Pacific time. Anyone is welcome to come.  Go here to see pic at the bottom of the page for some of the games we play online.

Are you a morning person or do you like to sleep in? Here is the weird thing. I used to be a morning person for decades. Then I retired. Then I started to binge watch Anime late at light. I live in a basement where there is little sound or light, so now I am a night person.

And lastly, what are you up to lately. Projects and tool buying. Folks recently ask me, "What makes me happy?" I told them buying tools. Last month I bought $800 in tools, cordless new hammer drill, rebar bending tool, cordless pruner, concrete finishing trowel, and a rivet nut tool.  I was happy. I had an old hammer drill and it was painful to use. The new Makita rotary hammer drill is pain free tool to use. Most excellent.

 

I have three projects: roof and stucco mold, garden concrete beam, and drainage of the pit. 

 

Well, the north side of the roof always had mold, but now the stucco had mold. So I went online and looked up reviews and the best one was 30 Second which can be used around plants. See the pic of the before and after. I was quite impressed on how well it worked. After I did the stucco, I did the roof and it is now free of the lumpy mold.

 

 

The rebar bending tool finally came in and it was worth the wait. We drilled the holes into the house concrete and did a pencil shadow of the holes to bend the rebar warps. As you can see in the bottom pic some of the wraps are off a little but just tie them at an angle. I decided to use concrete caulk to seal the rebar into the drilled holes because the beam was sandwiched between the patio wall and the house. The caulk was easier to work with than epoxy. The block on the right are concrete dobies to hold up the rebar. A side note, there was a timber where the beam is now but we took it out because everything moves in the Berkeley Hills. I thought it would be best to pin the patio in place against the house concrete which has 26 concrete piers to hard ground. The pic below are the four stages of the garden concrete beam: caulked rebar tied to dobies, forms, poured, rubberized.

The pit. Well, where to start. You see I had planned to install drain board in the pit, then I decided to not do it and just dump gravel in. A year latter and the pressured treated timber started to show signs of mold which we 30 Seconded off. But now there was a layer of gravel in the pit. Argh! Now I had to install the drain board, drain pipe, and rubberize the edges. This now meant that we had move all the gravel from one side to the other side as you can see in the pic below. We got it done. The main change we did was to make our own termination bar for the top of the drain board. We used 1"x8'x1/8" aluminum bar. We had to paint the aluminum because we used zinc washers and galvanized #10 nails to hole the drain board in place.  And I forgot that the zinc and aluminum should not touch because of galvanic corrosion, so we painted the aluminum bar. We rubberized the term bar, washers, nail, and end of the drain board to water proof the pit. 

Take that mold! 

BTW, the termination bar is very expenses. $41 a piece, since it is made of 6000 series aluminum which is weather resistant. But, if you are going to coat the term bar anyway, then 3000 series aluminum will suffice. 

 

Well the steps are next. In fact we put the first step in today, which is Friday.

In the record,  I have said many times that the future of the human race is with hearing voices. Voice hearing are listening to DEM, Dark Energy & Matter, folks. The next step is to listen to all of the other DEM which has its own voice. See pic above.

In the record, I called it Green Earth Energy because I had not figured it out that they were leaves from the Gaia tree. 

In the record, I also call them energy because I saw  them used to power an avatar car.  Then I started to use DEM for any reference to Dark Energy & Matter. Frankly, I don't know what classification to use because the only term I know are from the physical world.

Overall -  Okay, so I finally may be able to fix my Baker's cyst with the new class that I am taking.  I was afraid of doing the location trick not knowing what would happen. I also thought that I could use the existing drain hole and have it leak into the tub. I should be able to verify the best result with the class. Wish me luck.

The book name is Manifestation of Future Events. No I have no ideal what the title is nor the tabs. I do know it is a non-dimensional book, which means I can have it grow in all directions.

 

- My soul is in a DEM class. As I sit in the lecture I am disappointed the teacher is not writing stuff on a board for me to take note. It is all verbal. After the class I go up to the teacher and ask for a book on the class. I am given a copy of the teacher's book with post-its sticking out in all directions. Yeah, even in the binding. The post-its act like index for different subjects. Then I asked the teach the name of the class and I forget what it was when I was in that DEM dimension. Out of the dream, I put my hand out in front and the teach puts her hand on mine and we unroll  the class title of, Manifestation of Future Events. 

In the record, I remember going to sleep asking Ibol, Gwen and Kenisha about the timing of doing things that will change the human race direction.  I guess it is why I am in the class.

26th - I am far away from my sleeping human body. I listen to the Black Hole Maidens sing and dance to a human symphony classic, Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake.

I started to wonder how did they even hear the music much less know of Earth. Then I understood that all Black hole maidens are in contact with each other, including the Black Hole Maidens of the Milky Way Galaxy.

It was no miracle the gunman missed. Donny is not done with his task: taking down American Fascism. He can't go yet until he has complete that task. Though he seemed unaware of the up coming shooting. My team went and visited his team on Venus in their emotional fallout shelter. We showed Donny, Donald Trump's soul parent, the timeline model. He debated about whether or not he should be hit. Ibol made it clear that a hard end was necessary in order to avoid corruption of the changed timeline. Therefore he needs to be injured, ever so slightly. A simple turn of the head would suffice. 

When the event came up, my team sat with Donny, in his shelter, telling him when to put his head in the viewing stand and when to turn his head.  

There you go. Donny is back on track to take down fascism. 

 

One way to tell if Donny is doing avatar dialogue is when Trump says goofy things. That is Donny talking through his human, Donald Trump. Yes, all those crazy off the scripted teleprompter dialogue is Donny winging it for late night comedy material. In fact, comedians like Seth Meyers and Steven Colbert often allow Donny to avatar dialogue with them for their Trump impressions. It has been hilarious.

Oh, yeah. I have task too, too many to list. 

One is to end the DEM wars, which I have done a lot of wok on. 

Another is to get the human race back on the path of DEM. Ah, that one is going slowly.

My Mom read this story to me all the time. In the record, The Lord of Flames read Ibol the story to help her overcome the trails of this human existence. When I look at the timeline of the story reading I see both of them in a third person perspective.  The reason I do not remember the story was because my soul was still growing. See human development chart.

Again, my Mom read this story to me. In the record, Ibol need to hide the breast of a cow maiden which were larger than the other Venusian. Having pockets made it easy for her to store various items which justified wearing a smock when others wore no clothes. Here again, The Lord of Flame read Ibol the story to help her find a solution to here problem. 

I remember this story clearly. I remember reading the story and see the pictures and studying how it worked.  In the record, I was still a child with an growing soul. I grabbed onto this story and wanted it to be me that saved that ship.

In your younger days, childhood, did you have a favorite story that you loved to re-read or have read to you? Well my Mom says that it was The Little Engine That Could. She said that I had her read it to me many times. Funny thing is that I only sort of remember it. I only sort of remember Katy No-Pocket which is another book I like to have read to me. But the one I remember liking the most was Look Out For Pirates! I love the MacGyver of the deep dive suit to get the wasps to get back their boat from the pirates. (MacGyver is a verb meaning "to make, from, or repair something with what is conveniently on hand.")

Flag day is June 14th do you do anything special on that day? Don't even have a USA flag.

Father’s Day, June 16th, do you have any special stories to share? I told my Kids what I wanted. I am hoping that they will get it for me. We will need to celebrate it on the 15th though. I guess we could do take out from Zachery's Pizza. (If you folks ever come to Berkeley, you must try out Zachery's Pizza.)

First day of summer, June 20th, do anything special on that day? It's my day off. Perhaps I will go for a walk.

People even came the night before to camp out so they could be first in line. Did you ever do that for any event? Nope. I like my bed.

Are you having any trouble getting any special brand you like? I stopped buying eggs because of the cost. So I switched from my egg and potato burrito to a smoked chicken, potato, and stir fried green beans and onions. Most delicious.

Holiday countdown to Independence Day? I am more interested in the 4th of July, which is 27 days away from this typing. The 4th lands on a Friday. So I am not sure what day the Hallsteds are going to do the 4th on. Ben, Jon and I will be coming up to Sacramento for the fun and B-day.

And as always, how is your life going and any special travel plans? Three stories: 1. Somehow I paid 2024 taxes with the 2023 tax money. I am not sure how I did that, but now I have interest and penalties to pay. So I called them up to see what I could get cleared up. It took me a half hour to figure out how to talk to someone from the IRS to explain that I did a mistake. Then another 2.5 hours on the phone while they moved my 2024 money to the 2023 payment. I have also petitioned to have the penalties erased. So, maybe it will be cleared before the June 24 due date? It was not so bad waiting on the phone because I was working on the computer while it happened. 

2. Time for a story about a nightmare delivery. So, I ordered a rebar bending tool from Home Depot. I often have it free delivered due to the cost of gas and Home Depot is warehousing many of their tools in a central location. The tool is in Raleigh, NC, on May 21st, which is okay. The tool finally arrived at San Pablo which is north of Berkeley. Then it was sent to Oakland, which is south of Berkeley. I am thinking, "What is going on?". All of a sudden, it is shipped to central CA to Lathrop. I am thinking that maybe they are centralizing the shipment with other stuff that is now in Lathrop. Then I get this email that says it is delivered. Ben and I look everywhere and cannot find it at the house. I called them up, but in looking at the delivery email I see that it was delivered to 912 Shattuck in Emeryville which does not exist. When I purchased the tool, I used the pre-existing shipping address which is Berkeley. Both the Home Depot person and I do not understand what happened, so I ordered the tool again but to the correct address. Then a thought comes to me that no human could screw that delivery up that bad. So I type on Google, "does Home Depot rely on AI for shipping and handling". Yes! See pic. AI can only do what it is programmed to do. All a human would have done was checked previous orders for the correct address, but not an AI. As for how Emeryville got into the shipping address, I do not know. 

3. Last news letter I added a retaining wall at the bottom of your fence. It was genius to do that. After seeing the wall I said to Ben, "I am putting a garden in." Here are the steps to putting the fence garden in: Dig out extra gravel. Rubberized wall. Cut fabric to extra long. Rubberized the fabric to the wall. Go to Berkeley Marina to pick up free soil from the City. Add dirt to weigh down fabric. Cut fabric to wood steps. Stainless Steel staple fabric to wood. Cut off extra fabric. Cut wood 1x2 furring to cover fabric end. Drill out nail holes in furring to avoid wood splitting. Use 2" roof nails to nail furring. Pressure treated the furring 2 times. Route a 45 degree bevel furring edge, see video below.

Black caulk gap between furring and wood. Pressure treated it all again. Time to make an inexpensive trellis with 1" roofing nails and #30 twine. Tie a knot around a nail. Hammer nail into top fence rail. Start a nail in the bottom rail. Wrap twine around the nail three times and pull tight. Hammer bottom nail. Extend twine until it is several inches in the dirt. Cut twine. Repeat stringing every 3rd picket. Fill with dirt. Transplant all the free nasturtium from the side yard into the planter. Water daily for a week. Have the deer walk up and down the garden to tamp the soil down. Done. Yeah I keep seeing deer tracks in the garden. I am okay with it. I expect the deer to eat the nasturtium.

What Percentage are you?

I have started to call shrinks 5% ers. I have also accused shrinks of guessing at what is wrong with voice hearers as a 5% guess. 

The percentage comes from the CERN site on Dark Energy & Matter, DEM, where physical matter is only 5% of your universe and DEM is the 95%. 

Below is a list of DEM abilities and the percentage needed to have that DEM ability. 

It is not a linear list, for instance, stepping out of this universe puts a person above 100% but there may be several percentages below that one has yet to master. 

Have fun looking at the ongoing list. 

1-4% - development of the human soul is still ongoing

 

5% - A complete human soul but no understanding beyond that physical dimension. Passive interactions with DEM is a prerequisite to be a complete human soul but clueless on how it works. 

Includes: 

hot flashes - energy channeling, 

riding a bike - DEM stilts, 

deja vu - timeline viewing, 

tourette syndrome - involuntary avatar dialogue by your voice

 

6% - This is tricky. It is a 5% human but they have a voice who is actively helping them. In a sense, the human is teaming up with their voice. 

This would include: 

an invisible friends, 

hearing music in your head, 

all manner of avatar dialogue: ventriloquist, story teller, voice actor 

avatar hands from your shoulder avatar: star athletes, surgeon

 

7% - Hearing various DEM stuff but not knowing what it is.

tinnitus hearing a.k.a. DEM air freshener

10% - A human and voice are conversing with each other

30% - Working with other DEM avatar on Earth surface.

 

45% - Human clairvoyance without the help of your voice. This would be the Theosophy group.

50% - Voice clairvoyance with your voice's eyes. Well, little did I know my voice help me skip the 45% and sent me straight to the 50%.

60% - Crafting DEM items. Checked off. I have made simple DEM machines for my legs and hip, otherwise I would be a cripple. In the record, the physical body is mainly empty space, a.k.a. DEM.  If one thinks of it, the physical body is just backup in case our abilities to use DEM is stopped. Guess what happened.

65% - Programming DEM item. Still working on this. Who would have thought that putting a DEM item on your legs need to be bent to work.  In the record, when we human were babies, the process of walking is the programming of our Dirt dark matter in to viable leg walking. For me, I need to take GAIA stilts and learn to walk again.

70% - Manipulation of Gravity. It is the shifting of an object gravity onto oneself. The item become weightless. Yes, we are getting to the realm of super hero stuff. In the record, I just figure out how to do this, but I still need to practice with it.  Voice clairvoyance is necessary to see the shift.

80% - Walking on DEM stilts without a physical item. In the record, once gravity shifting is under one's belt, walking in midair should be possible. Still working on it.

90% - Making DEM machines and structures for the human race. In the record, I have seen and rode in a DEM car. I have no clue how to make one. In the record, unless the human race reaches this level, climate change maybe our undoing.

100% - Stepping out of the box, our universe. I have done this when I would meet Bart and his family.

101% - On the outside of our universe. I have done this in two different way, one via Bart, the other was via Pops.

4th - It is raining. As I look out at the rain all I see are DEM leaves falling to the ground.

 

5th - Just finished the Voice world science meeting. Since it is public I can talk about anything we do in the meeting. An interesting nuance of a soul's timeline record came up. The question was that if you are not in your body during an event, a.k.a. avatar substitution, how do you perceive the event if you went to the Mercury library to look at the timeline of the event.  It looks like you would have a third person perspective of the event. It would not be a first person, because of avatar substitution. It could be possible to get the 1st person perspective if you had the substitute avatar on your hand when you opened your timeline record. 

In the record, that is precisely what I have done many times to read the timeline of other DEM beings records.

 

How to see your energy bubble with your physical eyes.

My Voice allows me to use her eyes for clairvoyance.

Walking outside is good to replenish your outer energy layer.

UFOs maybe DEM ships but still need a physical shell so us human don't run into them.

Try to help someone from letting their voice control what they say.

Microchips are easily damaged by ESD, Electrostatic Discharge.

Using only 5%, physical matter, is guessing.

The physical setup of the viewing room and side rooms.

How human soul development works.

A traumatic event occurs in time and space which creates a form with substance.

Trying to solve something with only 5% is guessing.

Basic physics to prove a unique voice belongs to a person.

Voice are supposed to help not traumatize.
