The Olympics are nearly upon us. Will you be watching? Yes, Which events do you like the most? As many highlights as I can.

What other summer sports did I do? In my hey day I use to do triathlons and open water swimming with my swim club. There is something to be said about wet Lycra swimsuits. Nothing is hidden. The swim club is where I meet Susan. 

Have you watched any of the UEFA European Soccer matches? Also, I forgot to mention the COPA America Games.  I actually did watch the Euro soccer highlights. Fox Soccer is a great place for football highlights. In the Spain v. France game, Lamine Yamal made an impossible goal at 2:11 in the highlights. Watch the video above.  Lamine is the youngest goal scorer at the age of 16. 

Do I do gardening? I spread by accident bird seed on the ground and wheat and millet grew. See pic. I am not sure what to do with it. I thought about threshing the wheat but the animals seem to be eating it. So I will let them have it. Remember in the last month newsletter I planted nasturtium by the fence to grow up the twine. It works. The key is to place the leave away from the sun by the twine. The leave will turn to the sun and wrap itself around the twine. See pic.   

 

 

  

There are many, many hobbies and interests that can reduce stress and improve mental health. What is yours?  I play online with my Bro Mike in Treadmarks, TM, which is a tank game. Mike host three TM server and we play twice a week. Well, I sort of do the opposite of stress reduction. We increase the stress and up the number of tanks and speed. It is a fun time. Go here to see some old clan videos highlights I made.  Above is a five minute TM video I edited to music where I evade a nuke. My TM name was GA 666. Below is an example of the speed up version that Mike and I play now. 

In the record, avatar hack goes on through out the game. It is weird to see a nuke heading straight to you all of a sudden veer off via avatar hack. Its a game of who knows their timelines the best.

Speaking of gardening, do you have a favorite tool for working in the yard?  I recently got a knock off Dewalt brand of cordless pruning shears.  I decided to do the knock off to test if it made any sense since I already have the Dewalt batters. Yes! It is well worth it. And there is a 2m pole extension you can put the pruner on. Double yes! Here is the one I purchased.

Are there any handy-dandy computer or phone apps that help make your life easier? The nice part of a smart phone is there are so many things on it. The camera, text, phone, music, health tracking, and more. The one I use a lot is the Crunchyroll app for watching anime on my 4K TV monitor! Oh yes. 

Do you have any favorite games that you play on your phone or computer? If not, do you play old school style (cards, board games, etc.)? I play Pokemon Go on 4 phones. Yes 4 phones.  See pic of rig. I started with 1 phone, then two. Then I was tied of not being able to raid gyms. So 4 phones. The only issue is you need to have your main phone be the WiFi hot spot for the other three phones. The two mounting holes in the middle of the board allow me to bolt the rig to the bike handle bars.

I also do two game nights during the week on Board Game Arena. On Tuesday it is from 6-7:30 and Friday from 5-7 pm, both Pacific time. Anyone is welcome to come.  Go here to see pic at the bottom of the page for some of the games we play online.

Are you a morning person or do you like to sleep in? Here is the weird thing. I used to be a morning person for decades. Then I retired. Then I started to binge watch Anime late at light. I live in a basement where there is little sound or light, so now I am a night person.

And lastly, what are you up to lately. Projects and tool buying. Folks recently ask me, "What makes me happy?" I told them buying tools. Last month I bought $800 in tools, cordless new hammer drill, rebar bending tool, cordless pruner, concrete finishing trowel, and a rivet nut tool.  I was happy. I had an old hammer drill and it was painful to use. The new Makita rotary hammer drill is pain free tool to use. Most excellent.

 

I have three projects: roof and stucco mold, garden concrete beam, and drainage of the pit. 

 

Well, the north side of the roof always had mold, but now the stucco had mold. So I went online and looked up reviews and the best one was 30 Second which can be used around plants. See the pic of the before and after. I was quite impressed on how well it worked. After I did the stucco, I did the roof and it is now free of the lumpy mold.

 

 

The rebar bending tool finally came in and it was worth the wait. We drilled the holes into the house concrete and did a pencil shadow of the holes to bend the rebar warps. As you can see in the bottom pic some of the wraps are off a little but just tie them at an angle. I decided to use concrete caulk to seal the rebar into the drilled holes because the beam was sandwiched between the patio wall and the house. The caulk was easier to work with than epoxy. The block on the right are concrete dobies to hold up the rebar. A side note, there was a timber where the beam is now but we took it out because everything moves in the Berkeley Hills. I thought it would be best to pin the patio in place against the house concrete which has 26 concrete piers to hard ground. The pic below are the four stages of the garden concrete beam: caulked rebar tied to dobies, forms, poured, rubberized.

The pit. Well, where to start. You see I had planned to install drain board in the pit, then I decided to not do it and just dump gravel in. A year latter and the pressured treated timber started to show signs of mold which we 30 Seconded off. But now there was a layer of gravel in the pit. Argh! Now I had to install the drain board, drain pipe, and rubberize the edges. This now meant that we had move all the gravel from one side to the other side as you can see in the pic below. We got it done. The main change we did was to make our own termination bar for the top of the drain board. We used 1"x8'x1/8" aluminum bar. We had to paint the aluminum because we used zinc washers and galvanized #10 nails to hole the drain board in place.  And I forgot that the zinc and aluminum should not touch because of galvanic corrosion, so we painted the aluminum bar. We rubberized the term bar, washers, nail, and end of the drain board to water proof the pit. 

Take that mold! 

BTW, the termination bar is very expenses. $41 a piece, since it is made of 6000 series aluminum which is weather resistant. But, if you are going to coat the term bar anyway, then 3000 series aluminum will suffice. 

 

Well the steps are next. In fact we put the first step in today, which is Friday.

Overall - The pic above is similar fabric to the crimson red velvet dresses of the female avatars that hang out in my flat. In the record, previously they were naked. When you think about it they don't need clothes for warmth. Mind you, the dresses don't cover any of the private parts.  They believe in transparency, literally. In the record, I have had to adopt a different view of the world to not just include the human perspective but also, the avatar one.

4th - Watching the Mythbuster Duct Tape Island episode. For some odd reason a white chicken decided to adopt the camp that both Adam and Jamie made. In the record,  Pele wanted to say hi.  

5th - Former President Trump points to the wrong person as his human wife. The pic is from here. In the record, Donny, his soul, allowed an avatar to take over his human body. I have talked to him about the avatar substitution and I told him that he is heading for jail. He is okay with going to jail and taking down the avatar that is in his body along with the fascist right in the USA. I have no sympathy for his path. In order for a corrupt avatar to take you over, you have to walk the path of corruption. 

In the record, every once and awhile the Former President Trump says something ridiculous. That is Donny doing avatar dialogue. 

In the record, I am not sure when the substitution happened. It is not uncommon. Mr P in Russia had the same happen. I would say that the major of dictators have lost their soul to a corrupt avatar.

 

13th - Watching YouTube with my Uncle and Older Bro. All of sudden, an abdominal pain is turning into a hernia. Discretely, I massage the area to push the hernia back. Then I come to the realization that some DEM being is planting a DEM worm in me. I take my soul's hand and dragon claw it out and crush the worm. I still have to massage the trauma area but the intense pain is gone. In the record, I have notice the various animals staking out my flat. It's a good sign that I am getting close to a break through or they would not be attacking.

15th - The family newsletter came out. One of the questions was "what is something..." My two replies are below.

What is something you want invented? Clairvoyant glasses. I wish folks could see what I can see.  

What is something you wish was never invented? Seeing 100% of everything. Yeah, those clairvoyant glasses are a bummer.  The phrase, ignorance is bliss is quite true. But since high school, I wanted a manual on how this place works.  I got my wish.

26th - Sitting on the toilet and I flush. The thought pops into my head that it will not flush, which is what happened. In the record, I am still trying to figure out when to listen to an event impression. Or what is an event impression. Or how do I recognize an event impression, which is knowing the timeline before it happens. 

I can do this in Pokemon Go. I know right before a Pokemon will run when you fail to catch it. I just know it. Every time. I have no ideal how that works. Think about it. How am I connected to the toilet timeline. Well, it is because I flushed it. Okay I know why I am connected. 

In the record, when a not-so-nice avatar decides to hurt me, there is a moment. An every so slight moment that my current timeline is interrupted. I have been trying to nail it down to stop it. It happens so quick that there is no time to stop it. I can react to the event but not before the event. But if I can sense a toilet clogging I should be able to sense any event that occurs in my present timeline. But if my timeline gets temporarily hijacked, then it is a collision point I need to find. But I should be able to sense all timeline coming at me, even hijack lines. 

In the record, I had to adjust the toilet float to allow more water to flush the toilet empty.

Overall: The left hip and knees are healing, a.k.a. new DEM walk, but slowly.

 

6th - Mercury maidens came by for a visit. Back in April of 2012 we did a selfie timeline shot so I could do the pastel drawing. In the record, I had access to the timeline records of all the planets but never figured it out. This will help in doing the index.

8th - An earthquake hit China and humans died. I briefly look over to the golem king of the area and was given the finger. In the record, well at least it happened during the day.  When I looked I saw some of the king's followers have their head down in shame. It is interesting to see not every DEM being is on board to help the human race. 

11th - An earthquake hit Berkeley, small but packed a quick punch. In the record, it was a failed escape.

- My uncle said that he heard it before it hit. When I think about it, the earthquake did have a sound just prior to the shake. 

12th - I was asleep on the living room, when my DEM soul saw my DEM Uncle's soul come down to awake me. His movement was fast. In the record, I guess I am working on sensing is there is a DEM being approaching me in my sleep, a.k.a. sleep DEM sensing.

14th - I replied to a family newsletter question: Got any special method for keeping cool? Yes. Take cold showers instead of hot showers. It seems contrary until you take a clairvoyant look at hot showers which I wrote about in my blog. I will not get into the details, which you can read in my blog. The gist is that humans destroy the DEM, Dark Energy & Matter, layer on our body by taking hot showers. This layer adds both hot and cold resistances to our bodies. You all know I am right because...you really do know...because when we were kids we wondered why our parents kept trying to protect us playing outside when we were just fine in both hot and cold weather. In short, when we were young we had an intact DEM layer on our bodies. The adults destroyed their DEM layer through chronic use of water heated by fire when taking a shower. The good news is that you can regain your DEM layer by gradually switching to cold showers. 

In the record, I am trying to be open about my abilities.

- Also from the newsletter:  Did you have to parallel park to get your first driver's license? I don't remember. I am not even sure which car it was I took the test in. Maybe it was the VW van? I seem to remember it was the van. I remember having an issue getting the van in reverse. I can see a person with a chart. So it was the van. I forget or I was not aware of it during the test.

In the record, it would seem that perhaps I was not the person taking the test. Ibol was definitely helping out. Thanks. 

 

22nd - not a single comment from any reader. Not one. I really do want to answer questions that you may have. I promise not to bite.  

23rd-25th - The DirecTV was avatar hacked. Pause did previous channel. Bottom preview bar popped up continuously. Fast forward and rewind worked for a second. Deleting the show at the end of view was not permitted. In the record, I should have recorded it but I was not sure what was happening.

 26th - DirecTV works just fine now.

7th - Updated the post: Golem Express: Check Off List

8th - What is funny is that when I was busy I got more done. Now that I am retired, with more time, I get less done. A transition to retirement in the middle of a once in a century pandemic is confusing.

13th - From NHK, "A magnitude 7.3 earthquake struck northeastern Japan at around 11:07 p.m. on Saturday". No injuries so far, but damage was done to the structures and property of the human race. On the bright side there were no human deaths.

18th - Uncle Tim came down for dinner, though it was not Tim. It was quite hilarious, though you can not expose an avatar substitution even if it is right in front of you. Those are the rules.

23rd - Updated post: Timelines: Your Future Self

 

25th - Regarding the Hong Kong hits, I hope you don't mind that I ask questions, mentally of your avatars. In the record, I see a longish room with a fold out table, keyboard, computer, monitor, and a wall monitor for the person standing behind the one on the computer.

To make sure I have the right location I go to Hong Kong on Google Maps. I see that is it mainly surrounded by water. I go back to the room and ascend upward above the buildings to verify that location. Off in the distance, I saw the Japan dragons and waved hi. Then, the male Hong Kong dragon zoomed in to converse with me.

"You are the Hong Kong Dragon."

"Yes I am."

"Sorry I did not stop by when I was here."

"That is not why I am here. I hope it is okay if they check you out."

"I am good with it."

"Good. Come back and visit at any time."

"Thanks"

I bowed and returned to Berkeley.

- I read the above post several times to make sure I get the dialogue correct. Then the HK dragon pops in over my shoulder to read the post.

In the record, the wall monitor in the HK post is the dragon viewing through the human's eyes as he stands behind them. What is odd about the HK room is that it is white. In fact, everything is white in that room. In talking to the HK dragon, he blanked it out to not give away the human's location. In the record, I was not concerned about the actually location, but that the hits were coming from HK and not another location.

26th - My left leg was in pain for weeks now. Even when I used the golem staff to clean it out it comes back. This morning, I finally took a look at it. I pull up three records of me, one by one. I pulled up the physical, the 5% of this universe. Then I pulled up the DEM, the 95% of this universe. Then I pulled up the Outside the box record, OTB. Immediately, I viewed a splash off color as though it was trying to hide itself from me. But it is easy to see because there is only one thing here that I knew of. I take out the golem staff and stab it, then feed it to Terra, my Gaia friend. Do a couple quick heals of the lower body and I seem to be able to walk again. 

In the record, I got the OTB bug when I was giving chase to the Orange man.

In the record, the night before I said, "I guess I don't do anything about it until I am tired of it." 

The Outside the Box, OTB, record was introduced to my by Phillip. He gave me the staff and taught me how to use it. Note, the box is this universe.

27th - I meet the Hong Kong Dragon's Sister.

28th - Walking home from Pokemon Go, I cut across a grass field. The grass is no more than 6-8 inches tall. I used caution while walking through the grass avoiding trash and sprinklers. Though cautious, my right foot drags across what seemed to be a sprinkler head. I stopped and turned around to see what I missed. I used my foot to pat down the grass to find the sprinkler and found nothing. I blew it off as odd and continued on home. Then I saw a sprinkler pipe with out the head on it, which was low to the ground. I was given the thought that would make sense on what happened. At home, my right foot starts to hurt. Again, I lay down on the bed and bring up all three of my body records, physical, DEM, and OTB. At first, I find nothing in the OTB record. As I examined the DEM record, I saw an image of my right foot dragging. I reexamined the OTB record and use the Golem staff to prod the location of my right foot. Low and behold, I saw a yellow spike flat attached to the bottom of my foot. I quickly outlined the item, speared it, and feed it to my Gaia companion.

In the record, Terra was following me to keep an eye on me.

In the record, when I walked down I took a slightly different path through the grass. Coming back I was given a thought to take the same path, but then I was given another thought to take the detour. The detour set me on the path of the trap.

In the record, The redheaded door does not see OTB, but can see DEM and physical. We will start training so she can identify OTB items.

In the record, my hernia acted up which I had tied it to the previous OTB bug. Imagine, Red Bull can size bug pushing on your physical body until it finds a weakness.

In the record, Bart's human checked up on me during the time I had the OTB bug.

"The door is open. Please enter." The Door at the end of the universe

3rd - More practice on DEM stilts. In the record, the lower rail is hits the high rail making a shrieking sound. In the record, the more I am aware of the DEM world the more sound I begin to hear.

4th - More practice on DEM stilts that are railing. 

5th - Two keys is the advice I was given for my current stall. I ask the Door what do you do to let someone in. She said, "I think about it, then open." 
In the record, I am so close to stilts or I think I am. I never know.

6th - The ratio to step to height is 1:2.  So if I am 100ft in the air, I'll step 50 f/s which is about 35 mph. In the record, I should need no additional protection when traveling at that speed. 
- DEM stilts are going to be hard to do. In the record, Mary Poppins will not be happening right away.  
- I am hearing more sounds of the DEM world. The longer I work in the DEM world the more sound that are created? In the record, there is one other person working with DEM in the world now. I check the globe to see who was working with DEM. 
- When it does happen, I want to open a school for the Dark Arts. Get it. Dark Energy and Matter will be taught in the Dark Arts school.

8th - I started to throw out the in-laws because of an event. The Door obliged me by throwing them back out of this universe.

 10th - Just finished with Oakland airport TSA, I climbed the stairs to look at the flight board since my paper printout boarding pass has no gate number. I looked and saw gate 10 on the board. I looked at a second one and it also said gate 10. I thought to myself that it was odd, I never left from that side of the airport. In the end, I missed my flight to Santa Ana airport, but I got on the next one. In the record, I wish they would just tell me that I will be taking the next flight instead of making me look dumb. Oh well. 
- I also lost my ATM card at the airport and had to play for food with cash. In the record, it hard to track where I am when I pay for cash.
- I stopped using a pillow. A pillow is too warm for my head. 
- On the flights, Climb practice making stilts at the height of a commercial airplane.

14th - Out with Jon, Jason, and the avatar of the day were doing De-ox raids. At the last raid, at twenty-some boy and his friend walked by our raid party, The boy stopped, turned, and wanted to see the rig of four phones. 

"Cool devices. What's you playing? Oh, Pokemon Go. Have fun role playing." 
"What does he mean by role playing?"

In the record, Bart and his friend were checking up on me. I should had been at the raid but I had the avatar of the day go instead of me because I had other plans which coincided with the raid time. 
In the record, I need to stop playing David Hallsted and do the Life Coach of the Solar System.

15th - Practiced DEM stilt walking on the ground during the Pokemon Go community day. It went fine. In the record, syncing multiple people while doing normal walking has taken a while.

16th - Things are not going well. The very thing I avoided I must now add to make DEM stilts. In the record, I have not avoided it, just did not think about it.
- Lots of timeline threads to see what is what. In the record, the blue thread only works to join the most recent to the 2nd most recent.

19th - The God of War was denied access to my flat. I need to talk to the Door. In the record, it was weird to be sitting inside the kitchen and seeing War trying to enter. They open the screen but closed it right away. They then walked off to the side out of my view. Moments later, they came back after they switch the soul residing in them. Wow! It works. Thanks Door, though I talked to the Door about letting War enter.  

21st - Oh right, I see the path around the kitchen table. Everything else is in place.
But how do I put my foot on the path. Brown Earth matter push us to the Earth. (typed push by mistake, but no mistake). Ok, so Brown Earth matter directs the push.

22nd - Good work was done by the Central American weather group, the Weather Bandits. Hurricane Lorena had no major damage to complete their work. In the record, they are sorry about the father and son drowning.
- Okay, this may sound absurd, but if 95% of the universe is DEM, then 5% is physical matter. The only thing stopping me from walking on stilts is increasing my DEM to 96%.
Basically I have to increase the DEM to be more buoyant. How many times have I stated that we live at the bottom of the ocean of energy, the Great Flood.
- The best way to get more DEM is to use those lovely spiral vortices we all have, our chakras. In the record, you will need someone working the tether to your balloon. More on that later.

- I keep reminding Climb and Terra that while I am in my flat, I cannot fly away. I have a ceiling above me. In the record, I now understand why they were hanging on to my legs.

23rd - Dibs on the name "School of the Dark Arts". In the record, when I finally walk, which is still a maybe, I will negotiate with local schools to open a department on DEM, Dark Energy and Matter.

26th - My left forearm burns in sunlight. It done it for several days now and I had no clue what was going on. In the record, the DEM accelerator is sentient, wanting to be used.

27th - My dreams are fire. It's all around me and I am thirsty. In the record, I paid a visit to the fire realm?...dimension?..the place the fire folks hang out. We had things to talk about. The avatar of the day felt the affects of me being there. Next time I need to schedule the visit for the weekend so I can have a good sleep for work the next day.

28th - It's now a waiting game. The layers are on and filling up. I been told it will be a gradual process. At the end, I will feel different. I have to remain in my body for the filling process.

29th - I left my flat to go to a nearby Pokemon Go gym raid. As I walked, my feet moved faster and lighter. In the record, if I concentrate, I can hear the grinding of a spiral rotating around my crown chakra.
- I stare at the Sun through the walls of my flat. I am trying to see which direction the tree is sticking out of the Sun. In the record, the Solar System is the roots of the tree.

Gray Folks - Just Wanting to Make Some New Friends

"Hello everyone, just dropping in to say "Hi" Bart

1976 July 14 - Back in San Juan Capistrano, my Dad and I are in the garage talking to each other. He says that he wished he had a cool nickname he liked. Then he mentioned several names and ended with Bart. In the record, Bart's avatar spoke though my Pops. 

In the record, I used a chronology record tool for the day. How it works is that you take a frame from that timeline record and use it to narrow down the day, To use, place the frame in the DEM tool. Slide the picture until it lines up with the correct year which lights a line between the two. Next you expand out the months and line up the light. Repeat until you have what you want.

2017 August - Back in DC, both the Gray folks raided with Jon and I. One left by car, the other walked with the raid party to the next raid. In the record, the Gray folk, Bart, won while the other ran for the car. The car Gray folk offered me a ride to the next raid. I said, "You should know that Pokemon Go is about walking."
In the record, why are the Gray folks, the creators of the creators of the creators of the human race here at this time. Why did one lose and Bart win? What was won?

2018 May 20 - Ibol raided with us at the circle. She drove us in an Avatar Honda minivan to Solano for the next raid. We meet a father and two kids. Ibol said "Hi" to the father and the father does not recognize who she was. In the record, Ibol wanted to alert me to the presence of a Box man program, though I did not know it then.

2018 June 2 - In the raid today were Gray folks. In fact, there was not one human at the raid other than Jason and me.
There is a Dad I meet before with his two children.
I start talking to him then his little girl.

"Oh hi, we meet again."
"I don't remember you."
"Oh...that's okay."
"...You know, at work...I work in a box and then go home to a box. In fact, we are born in a box and one day I will die in a box.  All I am saying is beware of someone bearing a box."
"You're weird."
"I am weird, who is the one wearing purple leopard spots. Growl!"
"She is a girl...just look."

In the record, why did the Dad did not recognize me from our previous meetings. We meet multiple times. Also why did he not know I was kidding. He lack human insight. I need to see a record to verify, though Bart's visit on Monday was confirmation.

In the record, a Box man is a program that the Gray folks use to create this universe. The box man has intelligence but lack human insight. In short, the Gray folks kids brought with them a person on the scale of Thanos. Yes, someone who can change our world in a snap.

In the record, back at the end of the universe, Bart explained to both his sister and brother why I was upset. In future Pokemon Go raids, they were without a Box man. The Gray folks are excited to do Pokemon Go raids, a world that was created by humans. In the record, Pokemon Go is sentient.
